The 12 week program is broken up into 8 weeks of 1:1 attention and 4 weeks of doing this on your own with support to ensure you are able to repeat successes on your own and repeat the program for life. This program is a lifestyle, it’s a shift in your perception and in order for you to solidify your efforts, repeating it continues to give you ideal results. 

Module 1

Discovery

We work to understand the holistic approach to concepts we will be using in the program and leave you with a feeling of accomplishment. This week is so jam packed, you will feel this is all you needed to run with the program for life!

 

Module 2

Ideation

We dig in, dig deep to understand your why today (as you know it evolves) and make space for that deeper understanding. At the end of this week you will start to understand better why we are doing this and start to physically feel the change. 

 

Module 3

Body

We focus on the body as a conduit to the outer world. As you know, we are made of energies and the body is a mere expression of our existence. In order to supersede our own expectations, we have to accept and love all aspects of our being. By the end of this week, you should feel a physical release from some of the ideas you have had about yourself. You will also understand the placebo effect from case study and others experiences so that you can put into practice powerful affirmations.

 

Module 4

Abundance

We focus on abundance of all things. Of course there are physical energies like money, like time and physical energy. We understand better what this means to you and how you can shift perspective and your days to feel freedom from the confines of these structures. By the end of the week, you will be able to understand where you fit into the abundant mindset and plan to deal with it ongoing. 

 

Module 5

Mind

We approach the mind from many different perspectives. From Maslow, to Freud to Nietzsche...there are so many ways to figure out what is happening. We simplify the approach for this program, to develop a better understanding of where thoughts, fears and pain come from. We won’t cure it, we simply learn how to live with it so that we make it work for us.BY the end of the week, you will achieve awareness of your thoughts and become more intentional about moments in your days. 


Module 6

Transcendence

This is a big week! We learn how to transcend the person we were and achieve deeper milestones within ourselves. We learn transcendental meditation and start to bring together concepts of the previous weeks to work for us. By the end of this week you should have a very focused practice that is individual and works for you to ease pain, suffering and anxiety in moments that are out of your control.

Module 7

Soul

This week we review concepts of the soul and develop a clearer understanding of what works for us and what may not. This week is all about self: self-efficiencies, self-efficacy, practice of joy. By the end of this week the concept of mind, body and soul and the connection between all will be succinct. You revisit your why and re-write that declaration, as scribing it is an important part of this program. The outcome should be a clarity roadmap that give you the ability to deal ongoing with situational anxiety and stress in a holistic manner.

 

Module 8

The Brink

This week  you should be able to commit to deep practice of what you have learned. You put to practice what you have learned and will be able to compete the in class component. By the end of this week, you will be able to augment your practice. We work in groups and one on one this week to make sure you are supported through this part of the journey. After this week you have 4 weeks of support and 4 weeks of work in the workbook to really solidify what you have learned so you can repeat it on your own. We want you to be able to make this a lifestyle and benefit from the amazing results of learning this practice. 

 

 

Module 9

Ownership

This week there are scribing practices and continuation of the work you have learned. You will benefit from continuing the work on your own with the ability to individualize what works for you.

 

 

Module 10

Subconscious

This week we will continue to work on accessing and creating a parallel between the conscious mind and subconscious mind. To identify the feeling of safe versus unsafe and how to approach this ongoing. 

 

Module 11

Energy

You will independently learn how to put into practice energy healing to address your energy blocks so that you can navigate the concepts with ease and abundance. 

Module 12

Independent Study

We finish this week with independent practice and study with an exit interview on how things went. We are invested in your evolution through this program and whatever outcomes you are looking for, provide the tools to get you there.
